Best Eye Makeup Remover
Floacil is best eye make remover. Place soaked pad over eye and mascara gently lifts away. Also good for tired eyes, soak pad in Floracil, lay back and relax, a real treat.

Effective but ...
It does remove make-up very easily, especially for a non-oily product, but it makes my eyes sting if I'm not careful with it.
